i just finished up my second conversation with xbox support in my attempt to get my (under warranty) 360 repaired. good news: they’ll fix it – which they should…did i mention that it’s under warranty? bad news: i have to pay to ship it to them. good news: they’ll ship it back. final score:
but really, i have to give out some props to the USPS. they get your stuff there…so maybe that point should really go to the USPS.
