xbox saga, pt. III
i got my xbox back from the microsoft service center yesterday. if you’re behind in the saga, check out part I and part 2 before continuing.
so the delivery dude brought in by. excitement filled the apartment (at least by me). i plugged everything in, powered it all up, and…a new problem, graciously given to me by the service center! granted, they fixed the original problem. great, good job. but now the screen flashes between color and black & white fast enough to start seizure and vomiting.
i called the support center again, with no good answers. after i check the a/v cable with a different one (even though it hasn’t been used in the past 2-3 weeks the xbox has been gone), i have to call them back again and ship it out. again. to be fixed. properly.
i’m a fan of xbox. i still think it’s the best video game system out there. but customer support is shaky. i’m irritated, and refuse to pay shipping this time.
